We ask for your
cooperation in maintaining order, both in and out of committee
sessions, so that we can provide an educational, safe and fun
conference. Please be courteous to fellow delegates and staff
members by observing the following guidelines. Members of the
conference staff will be working with you throughout the
conference weekend in order to enforce these rules and prevent
intervention from outside the conference. Please feel free to
discuss questions or concerns with the Secretariat. By
registering for AUMUNC IV, you agree to follow the below rules
and all instructions of the AUMUNC IV Staff and Secretariat.
1. The
possession or use of illicit drugs is prohibited. Delegates
found possessing or using drugs will be required to leave
immediately and may be prosecuted.
2. The consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages is
strictly prohibited. Delegates violating this rule will be
removed from the conference and may be prosecuted.
3. Individuals will be held liable for any damages to hotel or
other conference-related property.
4. The Secretariat of AUMUNC IV reserves the right to remove any
delegate from committee or the conference, who engages in unruly
behavior preventing the normal progression of conference
activity.
5. Faculty Advisors are responsible for the conduct of their
delegates.
6. Delegates will adhere to the curfew as set-forth in the
AUMUNC IV schedule. Delegates will also obey all instructions of
AUMUNC IV Staff and Secretariat.

due to unacceptable behavior. Disciplinary action may include,
but is not limited to, suspension or expulsion from committee
sessions, the conference, or inability to participate in future
conferences.
8. The Secretariat reserves the right to change or alter these
rules without prior notification.
